Good location, tiny room

Location was great.

The room was so small that we couldn’t lay down two suitcases without stepping on them. My knees touched the door while on the toilet, and it was hard to enter the shower because it was such a tight fit. I would not recommend this room, but liked the property/location otherwise

Clean and comfortable, great location. Very nice pool. Staff friendly. Laundry costs $16 for wash and dry, with the machines outside. I loved the spacious lobby design, great place to chill out

The loft room is very compact but okay for 1 person, I don't think it's big enough for 2 people. There is no bathroom really, rather toilet and shower cubicles. I could barely get inside the shower without having to slide against the shower wall, the room is maximising space to the extreme. No hair conditioner (instead they provide '2 in 1 conditioning shampoo' - not what I'd expect in a 4 star hotel). No explanation of amenities upon check in, I would recommend staff mention the pool hours and room service option.

Excellent

Quick check in, pleasant and accommodating staff all round. Clean rooms and facilities. Great terrace pool - clean and great morning views of the city waking up. Small fridge available to fit our own milk and a bottle of bubbles.

May benefit more hooks in room for towels or clothing to hang and more coffee sachets.

The location is very convenient. There are three MRT routes were within 5 to 10 min walk.

The breakfast is great. There was a lot of food to choose from.

However, the restaurant is very crowded.

Good location, tiny rooms, staff not helpful

Good location close to public transport and shopping centres. Nice pool and gym facilities. Nice rooftop lookout

Male staff member who checked us in did not explain anything when we checked in, just handed us our key card and told us where the lifts were, not even what floor we were on, we had to figure that out ourselves. We had to ask about laundry and restaurant facilities.

The cleanliness is top condition.

The cubicle in the toilet does not have tap for those who prefer to wash themselves after doing their business. Maybe have a food with Halal certified for those who needs.

Mercure Bugis is a great location and has an amazing staff.

It is a great location with Arab Street and Little India both within walking distance. Shopping is right there in Bugis. The staff is friendly and helpful and always provide outstanding customer service!

the room is crazy small, the bathroom is super compact with very irritating toilet space, uncomfortable, the wash basin splashes water into the room, because of that very frustrating.

Small room great for sleeping in

The pool and roof terrace were wonderful spaces as the rooms are small but were very quiet.

Not enough space to hang up clothes.hard for 2 people to move around the room at the same time it was cramped perhaps bunk beds might be a better option than twin beds

Decent business hotel for non-smokers

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Great service from everyone on staff. Nice open air pool area with lounging chairs adjacent to the place where you can do your laundry.

We were "upgraded" to a two level room. If this happens to you, I advise you to view the room first before accepting. If you or someone in your party smokes, you should probably look for another hotel - the smoking area is just a tiny spot with a bunch of people standing around near the parking exit. We stayed at another four star hotel in Singapore that had an elegant smoking area which seemed appropriate for a four star hotel. The washer and dryers run on tokens, which seemed to be very expensive. I did not attempt to do laundry anywhere else, so can't say if this is a standard fee one can expect to pay to do one's own laundry in Singapore.
